Thursday

• 7:15 PM: Welcome Dinner Meet and Greet at Toothsome's Chocolate Emporium (time is tentative pending Universal's confirmation)

Friday

• 10:00 AM: Intro and Welcome
• 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: In-depth hands-on Lighting Workshop, with snacks and beverages provided by Universal
• Afternoon: Field Study at Epic Universe. We moved lunch from the hotel to the park so we can maximize our day there.
• Late afternoon/evening: We'll regroup for a late lunch or early dinner at Das Stakehaus in Dark Universe or Pizza Moon, depending on how hungry everyone is. Epic closes at 8 PM. Potential time for poolside hangs after, but not too late, because Saturday starts bright and early.

Saturday

• 8:15 AM and 8:30 AM: HHN Unmasking Tour. We are split into two groups. The tour runs 2.5 to 3 hours, so plan to grab breakfast either before the tour or on the way back or at the resort.
• Back at the resort: Day 2 workshops covering the HHN tour debrief, Epic Universe debrief, and an intensive holistic design workshop. Snacks and beverages provided by Universal.
• 3:30 PM: Break and head to Halloween Horror Nights.
• 4:00 PM: Optional stop at the Dead Coconut Club to check out the decor and design. There's a short show every 30 minutes. We'll hang until about 4:45 and then head to the HHN entrance.
• 8:00 PM: Closing dinner and chat, most likely at Mel's Die-In. HHN runs until 2 AM if you've got the stamina, but I probably won’t be able to make it that long lol.

Sunday (optional)

• Coffee and conversation at the hotel for locals and anyone still around. A great chance to chat with Ryan Palmer and Jess Cashion.
